I do not normally post reviews but I am so impressed with the service I am getting I felt the need to share my thoughts about West Hills Fitness. I happen to be a physician with my office just down the street and noticed West Hills Fitness on my way home one afternoon. I met with Johana to discuss my goals and her approach. To be honest I was a bit skeptical at first but was I ever so wrong. Johana is extremely skilled at what she does. Her knowledge of basic muscle physiology and kinesiology rivals some of my physician colleagues. She keeps my workouts very interesting by changing things up every session. You can tell these sessions are well thought out and that she takes time to prepare for them She works me out quite intensely and makes sure I am doing things correctly and safely. I am starting to feel the benefits of these workouts with more strength and energy and now I am beginning to see some physical changes. I came across West Hills Fitness through a friend, which led to signing up for 35 sessions with the goal in mind to shed some COVID pounds and get back on track.
