If you want a custom workout program that fits your preferences and fitness goals, then this option is for you. This 8-week custom online training program includes tracking features to log in your progress, video demos and a schedule you can follow on your own. The program is customized based on your goals, schedule, workout preferences, and fitness level.

The program is yours for 4 months. Once 4 months has passed by, there will be a small renewal fee. After 6 months, you’ll have to purchase the program all over again. It’s important to follow the program for the 8 weeks to get the best results. This is not a personal training option where you’ll have support and guidance from the trainer. Choose the in-person training or online fitness training option for more guidance.
